- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can not even begin to say enough great things about Brooke and her level of professionalism, compassion and work ethic. Brooke has been our agent for many years now and has always gone out of her way to assist us, in good and bad situations. Unfortunate, we experienced flood damage earlier this year, and even though we did not have flood insurance, she came to our house anyway just to offer to help with the clean up. When I had to call her to report a car accident claim, her first question was "Are you ok?" and then the office took care of everything I needed, including securing a rental car for me. How many people can say that about their insurance agent? Let's face it, with accident and house claims, we can't be an insurance agent's dream clients, but she and her staff have always been wonderful to us.
